Our Chef Alicia Williams has been working diligently on our regular menu and special menus.  She uses only the finest ingredients possible in every dish created here at Revolution.  This dinner is completly hand crafted here at Revolution, everything made by hand.

Valentine’s Day Menu

La Tur, Point Reyes Blue, Cypress Midnight Moon
Amuse Bouche to follow
Beet Carpaccio

Caper berries, red onion lemon, arugula

brown butter and prosciutto

~our chef and winemaker have collaborated on special wine pairings for each course.  If you choose this option, you will receive about 2.5 glasses of wine per dinner, 3 oz glass with each course.
