The Big Move

It's a big move for us, anyway, and it's underway. Today we started moving over our larger pieces of equipment starting with the press, crusher/destemmer and water chiller. It was too wet and soggy to move the chiller into the outdoor equipment deck, so moved over some tanks, too. Four more tanks and the barrels are left for later this month, which will be a major effort.

So if you want to see an empty winery, come by soon because we are gonna fill it up in no time at all!
